Keputusan Nizar mohon kebenaran semakan esok

KUALA LUMPUR 2 April - Mahkamah Tinggi di sini hari ini akan memutuskan esok sama ada membenarkan atau tidak permohonan bekas Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Ir. Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin untuk mendapatkan kebenaran bagi memulakan prosiding semakan kehakiman bahawa beliau masih Menteri Besar yang sah.

Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi (Bahagian Rayuan dan Kuasa-Kuasa Khas) Datuk Abdul Aziz Abd. Rahim menetapkan demikian selepas beliau selesai mendengar hujahan bantahan awal Peguam Kanan Persekutuan, Datuk Kamaludin yang mewakili Peguam Negara dan hujah balas peguam Sulaiman Abdullah yang mewakili Mohammad Nizar selaku pemohon.
