There’s a moment early on in this action flick when you begin to suspect that it’s all too familiar somehow. When the “twist” arrives, then you know for sure that it is.

No frills, just a whole lot of thrills as an ex-CIA man rips Paris a new one while searching for his kidnapped daughter. Improbable but the action is highly charged, slick and thoroughly satisfying.
Race to Witch Mountain

As the US Government tries to cover up a UFO crash-landing on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Jack Bruno (Johnson) a taxi driver and non-believer in aliens, unwillingly shuttles two extremely beautiful and ethereal kids on their quest to save their planet.
